New-Year’s Eve is typically known as one of the booziest nights of the year. But what if you’re choosing to go booze free? Whatever your reason for skipping the champagne, I want to make to make sure you have delicious and celebratory options so you can ring in the new year with taste and style! I’ve even included recommendations for booze-pairings, should you choose to share your beverages with a special someone who is imbibing 😉

TIP: I recommend making the syrups the day before for the Rosemary-Tangerine Spritzer and Ginger-Lime Fizz, so you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy your evening the day of the party.

1 cup fresh squeezed tangerine juice

Juice of 1 lemon

2 large sprigs rosemary

  2. Remove the syrup from heat and allow to cool completely

To make the drink:

Add 4 tbsp syrup to a glass with ice, then top with 4-6 oz soda water. Enjoy!
