Making your own pumpkin pie spice is THE best idea, for several reasons:

Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice
Makes ¼ cup of spice blend

 

3 Tbsp cinnamon

2 tsp powdered ginger

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp allspice

½ tsp clove

 

Method
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix to incorporate.
  2. Store in an airtight container and use in everything! Stays freshest for up to 2 months, so don’t be shy about sprinkling it on – or in 🙂
