Ingredients

Scale

2 cups water

2 cloves garlic, lightly smashed (just enough to break them open a little bit)

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp lemon juice

2-inch slice of ginger, chopped

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Stevia, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. When the water comes to a boil, turn off the heat and add all the ingredients except the stevia. Cover and steep for 5 minutes.

  3. Finally, strain the steeped tonic into two cups and sweeten with stevia to taste.

  4. Enjoy warm, and feel better!
