1 3/4 cups fresh squeezed orange juice*
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup raw honey
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk well until the honey is dissolved.

Pour the mixture into the bowl of your ice cream maker and prepare according to manufacturer instructions.

Enjoy the sorbet immediately as a “soft serve” or pop it in the freezer for 4 hour or overnight for a firmer texture.
Notes
PRO TIP: The freshness of the oranges and the juice determines how fresh the sorbet tastes – juice your own ripe oranges if possible! If not, buy the freshest juice you can for best results.
