I’m considering eating more salads these days – I went through an intense salad phase in ’15 and I haven’t craved them since. I had to dig my salad spinner out of the back of the highest shelf in my kitchen!

I made a half-batch of this Dairy-Free Ranch today and it really hit the spot on my frisee. The herbs + ACV really make the classic ranch flavor pop, and it has a creamy texture just like the real deal.
The great thing is, this version has no added sugar or crappy oils and it only takes about 45 seconds to make! Just combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
You can store this in the fridge in a sealed container up to 3 days. Enjoy!
Dairy-free Keto Ranch Dressing
½ cup paleo mayo
½-¾ cup coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk – adjust the amount for desired consistency)
2 tsp dried dill
2 tsp dried parsley
¾ tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp onion powder
¼ – ½ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
