Dairy-Free Keto Ranch Dressing (Vegan & Paleo-friendly, too!)

I’m considering eating more salads these days – I went through an intense salad phase in ’15 and I haven’t craved them since. I had to dig my salad spinner out of the back of the highest shelf in my kitchen!
The only way I can really get into the idea of a salad these days is with the right dressing…and this dairy-free keto ranch dressing is so right!
This Dairy-Free Keto Ranch dressing really hit the spot on my frisee. The herbs plus apple cider vinegar really make the classic ranch flavor pop, and it has a creamy texture just like the real deal.
The great thing is, this dairy-free keto ranch dressing version has no added sugar or crappy oils and it only takes about 45 seconds to make!

DAIRY-FREE KETO RANCH DRESSING
Ingredients
1/2 cup paleo mayo
1/2–3/4 cup coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk – adjust the amount for desired consistency)
2 tsp dried dill
2 tsp dried parsley
3/4 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 – 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Store this in the fridge in a sealed container up to 3 days.
