Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup full fat coconut milk

1/2 – 3/4 cup coconut water

1 serving collagen protein (I love Vital Proteins brand!)

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1/8 tsp stevia or monk fruit extract

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

Instructions

  1. Blend. Garnish. Enjoy!

Notes

Make it a green smoothie by adding a handful of spinach, or spice it up with some fresh ginger!
